The rectangular blade has two cutting edges and can be used for semi-firm cheeses like Jack, Cheddar or Carlsberg and for softer cheeses such as Brie or Camembert. The handles are made of smooth found stones, that fit snugly in your hand for easy cutting. The blade is made from stainless steel and capped with sterling silver. Each piece is embossed with the artists makers mark and hand signed.
